Sherrod Sports Visas filed a Complaint for Indeclaratory and Injunctive Relief against USCIS and DOH

His client and the Plaintiff, the Miami-based sports management agency, First Round Management, named in the petition as “U.S. Agent” had filed the visa with the USCIS to request classification of the Russian fighter, Viktoriia Dudakova, the “Beneficiary,” as an internationally recognized mixed martial arts athlete. USCIS and DOH denied the petition. Two weeks after filing the injunction, USCIS and DOH reopened the case, approving Dudakova’s P-1 visa.
